We met eight years ago while working at Market Basket and from the very beginning, there was something effortless about our connection. What started as light conversation during long shifts quickly turned into a friendship we both valued deeply. Life took each of us in different directions over the years, but no matter what changed around us, we always stayed in touch. We supported each other, cheered each other on, and somehow always found our way back to one another. Looking back, it’s clear that timing had its own plan and our relationship grew naturally from a strong foundation of friendship.

A few years ago, everything finally aligned. We realized that the person who had always been there, the one we talked to every day, the one we trusted the most was the person we wanted to build a life with. Since then, our relationship has been filled with love, growth, laughter, and the comfort of truly being understood. We got a home together and created the happiest chapter yet.

This past July, during a trip to Portugal to visit Miguel’s family, he proposed.... a moment that felt meaningful, emotional, and absolutely perfect. We’re so grateful that our path led us here, and we can’t wait to celebrate our next chapter with all of you in paradise.
